Stainless Paddles

Some lampworkers prefer stainless to graphite because some glasses, especially some blacks and silvers react or pit when marvered with graphite. These stainless steel paddles should not do that. These were created when a customer, Ellen Black, requested a slotted paddle to use in making disk shaped beads. She preferred a paddle rather than the squishers. These paddles are made with rubber covered stainless handles and are available either slotted or plain. Slotted paddles are available in one slot width: 5/32" which is good for 1/16" and 3/32" mandrels. If you use 1/8" mandrels alot, I can make a paddle with a wider 3/16" slot.
